- Membership is valid for 1 year.
- Within the membership period, if you spend over HK$10,000, you can upgrade to a Pink Diamond Member and enjoy a 10% discount on regular-priced items (starting from the day of the upgrade). The administrative process takes 3 working days.
- If a Pink Diamond Member accumulates a total spending of HK$8,000 within the membership period, they can renew their membership for 1 year and receive an additional 1000 S Points.
- Customers must log in to accumulate S Points for each purchase.
- As a first-time purchase, becoming a SAIKAGI member earns you 100 S Points (= 10 S Dollars). After that, members can earn 1 S Point for every HK$10 spent within the membership period.
- Existing members can earn 500 S Points (= 50 S Dollars) by referring a friend who makes their first purchase. Subsequent purchases are not counted.
- The friend referred by an existing member must provide the member's phone number at checkout during their first purchase, otherwise, the member will not receive the points.
- S Points must be used within the membership period, otherwise, they will expire.
- All members can enjoy double points during their birthday month.
